JIT Systems Oy is a Finnish product labeling solutions expert with the highest credit rating, offering companies a wide range of labels as well as equipment and supplies for printing them. <\/p>\n<p>Our customers include K-chain grocery stores, and managing these will be the main focus of your role. You will conduct phone conversations with existing customers and receive product orders. <\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you will<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>manage order processing and administration<\/li>\n<li>provide customer service by phone and email<\/li>\n<li>support the sales team with quotation calculations and delivery coordination<\/li>\n<li>maintain product information and the CRM system<\/li>\n<li> assist in the implementation of marketing materials and campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We expect you to have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a confident attitude in phone work with customers<\/li>\n<li>commercial education or experience in similar roles is considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>good IT skills (Excel, office software; experience with ERP\/CRM systems is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>a customer service attitude, initiative, and accuracy<\/li>\n<li>fluent Finnish language skills<\/li>\n<li>an interest in learning new things and developing with the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a diverse range of tasks as part of an experienced and supportive team<\/li>\n<li>the opportunity to develop into a product labeling expert<\/li>\n<li>a permanent position in a financially stable Finnish company<\/li>\n<li>modern tools and flexible working opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested?
