The right maintenance information at the right grave
The stake label can display the grave plot identifier, care type, contract validity period, and flower species and quantity. There is also room for watering instructions, special notes, or a QR code.
Clear markings reduce the need to search separate lists and simplify onboarding for seasonal workers. Different colors can distinguish, for example, summer care, year-round care, and watering-only care. The parish can define the color coding according to its own needs.

Eliminate unnecessary work steps
Stickers attached to traditional maintenance stakes must be applied, removed, and cleaned of adhesive residue before the next use. Handling hundreds or thousands of stakes consumes considerable working time.
With stake labels, information is printed or written directly on the label. No separate sticker is needed, and single-use design eliminates the need to clean stakes. Working time is freed up for planting, watering, and cemetery upkeep.
Printing grave notices
We also perform custom printing jobs, such as grave notices. These are printed on weather-resistant material suitable for outdoor use. The content and implementation method are agreed upon according to the customer’s needs.
The parish can also print these themselves, as well as many other weather-resistant labels.
Start easily, expand as needed
Stake labels can be introduced without equipment investment by writing maintenance information by hand. When printing needs grow, the solution can be supplemented with a cab SQUIX printer and LABEL MATRIX or CODESOFT software.
Printable data can be maintained in Excel or transferred as a file from, for example, the CGI Status Premium Grave Maintenance application. Implementation does not require a heavy IT system project.
With your own printer, new and updated labels are produced on demand. You can print a single label at a time or, for example, all labels for a specific cemetery or care type. The same device is also suitable for the parish’s other labeling and marking needs when materials and ribbon are selected according to the application.
