We are looking for a sales assistant to join our growing team to support our sales and customer service. JIT Systems Oy is a Finnish product labeling solutions expert with the highest credit rating, offering companies a wide range of labels as well as equipment and supplies for printing them.
Our customers include K-chain grocery stores, and managing these will be the main focus of your role. You will conduct phone conversations with existing customers and receive product orders.
In this role, you will
- manage order processing and administration
- provide customer service by phone and email
- support the sales team with quotation calculations and delivery coordination
- maintain product information and the CRM system
- assist in the implementation of marketing materials and campaigns
We expect you to have
- a confident attitude in phone work with customers
- commercial education or experience in similar roles is considered an advantage
- good IT skills (Excel, office software; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus)
- a customer service attitude, initiative, and accuracy
- fluent Finnish language skills
- an interest in learning new things and developing with the company
